To complete this project Syblon Reid performed concrete canal lining repair and replacement, replacement of valves ranging in size from 6" inches to 72" inches in diameter, and the construction of various concrete access and vault structures.

Throughout the duration of this water project there were several milestone completion dates corresponding to water outages within various agencies' regions. These milestones carried liquidated damages if not met. All construction milestones were met through commitment to work multiple shifts, six days per week, rain or shine.
