Parker Development was approaching the limit of their existing sewer lift station capacity and required the installation of an additional sewer force main. Parker Development contracted with Syblon Reid to complete this lift station expansion project.

The expansion of this sewer lift station, which was originally constructed by Syblon Reid in 1999, included the installation of over 5,500 linear feet of 18" inch sewer force main pipeline, the expansion of the existing lift station with three new vertical pumps, a new standby generator and channel grinder.
