Norwest Properties, a Sacramento based land development firm, required the construction of a sewer lift station that would accommodate sewage handling for surrounding housing developments and businesses.

Syblon Reid excavated 8,400 cubic yards of structural for the wet well. The wet well consisted of a forty-three foot high, eleven foot diameter precast concrete well, two eighteen-horse power pumps, a 130KW standby generator, motor control center, and SCADA system.
