U.C. Davis Design Build WWTP

Design build delivery system was utilized to increase the campus wastewater facility from 6.3 MGD to 9.4 MGD. The major components of work consisted on constructing a 70' secondary clarifier, a new disk filter, a new UV channel with associated disinfection equipment, the addition of one effluent pump, the addition of three influent pumps, and all electrical and instrumentation upgrades associated with the plant expansion.

A unique feature of this project is that this was the first design build delivery method used for their infrastructure improvements by the U.C. System.
