Warmington Homes chose Syblon Reid to perform this design-build subdivision bridge project that connected two phases of a subdivision over a creek.

The client requested a single-span bridge design, to allow construction of the structure throughout the winter season and minimize permit requirements. Syblon Reid completed this project on time and within budget enabling Warmington Homes to finalize their lot sales in a timely manner.

Structure elements of this project included a 100 foot single-span, cast-in-place concrete bridge deck on precast girders with abutments founded on cast-in drill hole piles.
